PAYMENT
You can make a payment through our website or through our Etsy web page. It is assumed that we have discussed all the details of our project prior to submitting the payment.
Step 2
SHIPPING
We are located in Atlanta, GA. If you live within 150 miles, we can deliver your table for free.
In all other cases, we ship your purchase with FedEx or UPS.
We will be happy to discuss the possibility of free shipping on case-by-case basis.
Step 3
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each tabletop is made-to-order, we don’t offer returns.
In all other cases, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
– custom or personalized orders,
– digital downloads.
